Under the agreement, United Preci-sion Services will become the author-ized importer and distributor of Micro-Step plasma, oxy fuel, laser, waterjet, pipe and profile and structural beam processing equipment for North Amer-ica. The addition of MicroStep cutting machinery complements United Preci-sion’s line of large platform CNC ma-chine tools. This activity will be supported through a separate division responsible for fabrication machinery sales, assem-bly, installation, training and service.
