ANCA’s 2019 Tool of the Year competition winners will be announced live at EMO. The competition celebrates the knowledge and imagination of cutting tool craftsmen.
Pat Boland, ANCA co-founder, commented: “I have great respect for our customers’ knowledge in designing and grinding quality cutting tools. ANCA will also launch the Tool- Room RN34 software package at EMO. “ToolRoom plays a crucial role in enabling tool grinders to design and execute high quality cutting tools,” said a company spokesperson. Specializing in complex cutting tool geometries for the aerospace, die mold and power generation industry, the latest package can design and manufacture complex tool geometries as well as balance them for optimal cutting conditions. New are the end mill cycles for ball nose and corner radius, tool balancing and next generation fluting cycles.
