Cecor’s CB6 walk/ride base is designed to combine a sump cleaner with power transport for long hauls between collection and disposal or treatment.Power transport maneuvers the sump cleaner through narrow aisles, around tight corners and provides easy work positioning, the company said. Operator can also walk and maneuver the sump cleaner into tight areas. The sump cleaner on base uses high suction lift to remove all coolant, chips and sludge in the sump within minutes. The filter separates solids from the coolant. The pump filters the coolant back to the machine tool sump or to the central system. The CB6walk/ride base operates on a 36-volt battery. The walk/ride base has a battery discharge indicator and automatic charger. It also features a high tech speed controller with adjustable acceleration/ braking. For operator safety the unit is equipped with a safety belt with activation circuit.
