Hydromat Inc. has announced the expansion of its sales team with the appointment of two new Regional Sales Managers Ben Riley and Joe Hajek. The new additions join the Hydromat team to further strengthen Hydromat’s presence in key markets and to drive further growth.

Riley assumes the role of Regional Sales Manager overseeing the Mid-Atlantic, plus other key states. His expansive territory encompasses Tennessee, Kentucky, Virginia, West Virginia, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania and Delaware. With over 17 years of sales experience, Riley brings expertise in customer relationship building to the Hydromat team and a passion for providing solutions. He is committed to expanding the current customer network to enhance Hydromat’s growth and success.
“I firmly believe in providing solutions to address customers’ challenges, and my background in sales equips me to initiate meaningful conversations that ultimately lead to finding a solution to solve those challenges,” Riley said. “I am eager to engage with customers, establish relationships and drive growth for Hydromat.”
Hajek, a recent addition to the Hydromat team, assumes the role of Regional Sales Manager for the southern region, including Texas, Florida, North Carolina and South Carolina. Drawn to Hydromat’s position as a leader in precision machining and technology, Hajek brings 27 years of sales experience and a recent passion for the manufacturing industry.
“Being immersed in the manufacturing industry allows me to witness the journey of raw materials transforming into finished products, which is fascinating,” Hajek said. “I am enthusiastic about leveraging my expertise to bridge customer needs with Hydromat’s innovative solutions.”
