In a complete restructuring of the management team, newly appointed American National Carbide (ANC) CEO D. Greg Stroud has named new vice presidents to lead the four major areas of the company.
Janet Siltanen, a licensed CPA with multiple degrees and 16 years of experience in accounting, finance and HR, was appointed VP of Finance and Administration. Gilbert Roeder, a 15-year veteran of the carbide industry with expertise in the metalworking arena, was chosen to be VP of Sales and Marketing. Jack Leared, who has been with ANC for 20 years, will lead all production operations as VP of Manufacturing. Quang Nguyen, a degreed engineer with over five years of experience in the carbide industry, was appointed VP of Engineering.
