Eagle BendingMachines has introduced the 3 Roll Pyramid Style CP-30 Series with 1-1/2 inch capacity in pipe, angle and square tube. Eagle CP-30s are available in seven versions with a variety of features. The CP-30 line is built with CNC machined heavy steel plate main frames, heavy duty lateral material guides with adjustable rake angle move on sealed bearings, hardened roll shafts each journaled with dual tapered roller bearings. The patented “Z-Block” top journal allows maximum rigidity and truer to plane rolling and has hardened guides and ways with adjustable gibbs for longer life, the company said. The CP30 has powered rotation for forward/reverse rolling and an 18 piece universal roll set in 55 HRC hardened tool steel that rolls most all standard profiles. Lower shafts are motorized with knurled rollers for traction. The top roll rapidly adjusts to set the bending radius. A large high brightness digital readout is designed to make repeat positioning easy and accurate. Additional features include flush electrical panels, E-stops, low voltage controls, overload protection and horizontal/vertical operation.
