EMAG LLC, of the EMAG Group based in Salach, Germany, has added to its spare parts division, now separated from the service department. The company announced the addition of Tony Diemert to head its new spare parts division at its North American headquarters in Metro Detroit. A graduate of Conestoga College in Ontario, Canada, Diemert studied Business Material Management and brings 25 years of professional experience working in the automotive and automation sectors for companies including Magna, ABB and Fisher Bearings. "The addition of Diemert as the Manager of Spare Part Operations has allowed EMAG to divide its spare parts and service operations to process customer inquiries quicker," said a company spokesperson. "With two individual departments we can focus on the specific need of each customer with a dedicated manager to concentrate on the spare parts business," said Jeff Guibord, EMAG Service Manager. "This allows our service department more time to focus specifically on service and technical support, training and retooling while customers in need of a spare part have a direct contact to address their inquiry." "My goal in this position is to continue EMAG's development of customer relationships," said Diemert. "Our new department specifically strives to provide OEM quality with value pricing and delivery of service parts for all of our products."
