Tungaloy America has introduced its newest steel turning series T9100. This new CVD coated series is equippedwith “PremiumTec” coatingwhich is a special surface technology developed by Tungaloy that can give the insert a highly polished cutting surface. This surface can add greater lubricity, which reduces adhesion and adds improved chip flow, the company said.
