The torque rating can be up to three times greater with special hard coating of the clamping sleeve. Hydra expansion elements from Mytec- Hydraclamp can be expanded without a workpiece because the expansion elements are permanently adjusted within the maximum expansion of 0.3%. Overexpansion is not possible due to an integrated stroke limiter. A closed expansion system, impervious to dirt and chips, combined with high wear resistance, guarantees a long service life.”
