Winit Tool announces the addition of its flush mounting coolant nozzles to its current product line. This latest addition allows end users to press coolant nozzles directly into existing holes, available inmetric and standard sizes. The nozzles are adaptable to special tooling, VDI holders, CNC lathe tooling, screw machines, etc. “Winit’s Flush-Jet coolant nozzles have the rigidity to stay put in hash environments with coolant and air pressures up to 175 PSI 160° F, plus 35 degrees of movement allows the coolant to be aimed where it is needed. The threaded coolant ball also enables the use of extension tubes to get coolant closer to the cutting edge or it can be plugged with a standard set screw. Winit tool also offers a new flushjet in a monkey knuckle configuration allowing a full 70 degree range of motionwhen the standard 35 degree range is not enough.
