Techni-Tool Completes Acquisition of MDM Tool Supply Techni-Tool, Inc. (TTI) of Dallas, TX, has announced the acquisition of MDM Tool Supply, a Louisiana-based industrial distributor of cutting tools and acces-sories with locations in Broussard, Baton Rouge and Houma, LA.
