Fraser Marshall has been appointed Chief Learning Officer (CLO) for Ellison Technologies College. Effective immediately and reporting directly to Tim Kilty, CEO, Ellison Technologies, hewill begin a new role as Ellison’s CLO in conjunction with his current role as president of Ellison Northern Texas. “Key to Principle 8 of the Ellison Way is training our people to be the best in the industry. Ellison College has delivered significant sales training but much more is required in designing and implementing sustainable on board programs for all existing, recent and new hires. Clearly an important and monumental undertaking. As CLO, Fraser Marshall will bring focus to improving market share and territory coverage through sales leadership development and the collaboration of sales and marketing centered on Ellison Technologies Unique Selling Point (USP) and commercial learning initiatives,” said Tim Kilty. Fraser Marshall first joined Ellison Technologies in January 2000 as a Business Manager for the Ellison Southern California office. During his six years in Southern California he was promoted to several positions including Vice President of Sales and Vice President of Operations. In 2006 he was promoted to Executive Vice President of the Ellison North Texas office located in Irving, TX. In addition to managing their operations, he has also been an active member in the local NTMA and AMT trade associations. Since 2011, Fraser Marshall has been the president of Ellison North Texas. Originating from England, Fraser apprenticed and earned a mechanical engineering certification. Following his degree he worked for Anilam, Bridgeport and Mazak in applications, training, sales and sales management positions. Most recently Fraser was responsible for creating and implementing a new junior sales curriculum called “Ellison +1” in which 15 new junior recruits for Ellison completed his training sessions in June and October of 2012. “There’s no one better suited or qualified within our entire industry in leading our Ellison Technologies training initiative,” said Tim Kilty.
