GIP EDM is a full line EDM consumable supplier offering wire, conventional sinker, and driller EDM supplies and materials, as well as graphite and metallic materials for EDM and nonEDM applications.
The company carries consumable supplies for all major OEM machines, including: Accutex, AgieCharmilles, Brother, Chmer, Elox, Excetek, FANUC, Hitachi, Japax, Makino, Mitsubishi, Ocean, and Sodick.
Available maintenance supplies include the full line of Dynamic (made in America) filters for all EDM machines; wear parts for wire and driller EDM machines; and the full line of Superior Oelheld Product Series of dielectric fluids for conventional sinker and driller EDM machines, including the IonoPlus series of fluids.
GIP EDM also supplies PLASMA Hybrid Coated Brass EDM wire that has a proprietary coating to aid flushing—a key component of wire EDM efficiency. The solution, which according to the company is designed to provide higher metal removal rates compared to other premium brass wires, is suitable for all machine types.
POCO, Ibiden and Toyo Tanso graphite materials are available, as well as tellurium copper, copper tungsten, pure copper, and beryllium copper alloys for EDM and non-EDM applications.
