The Kalamazoo Industries model KS690HV is a 6” x 90” heavy-duty, direct drive industrial belt grinder. The unit comes standard with an 8” x 6” 70 duro serrated contact wheel that has full left to right movement, allowing for easy corner shaping, beveling, grinding, deburring, flat work, descaling, angle work and roughing. The high surface speed of 7,200 SFPM is designed to deliver quick metal removal with minimal heat.
The KS690HV belt grinder features a 24” reversible steel platen, easy oneknob tracking, 7.25” x 4” adjustable work table, 5 HP 3PH 220/440V motor, a 400 CFM vacuum base and a spark chute that flips up for horizontal/vertical work.
The belt grinder is made in the USA.
