Vero Software has hired Radan Support Technician Candie Jones, and new Application Engineer Joe Sanders.
Jones joins the company’s growing team of staff dedicated to offering support services.
Jones, who is based in Alabama, graduated from Wallace State Community College in Hanceville, AL, with an associate degree in mechanical and civil engineering. She gained industry experience working as a drafter and CAD/CAM programmer for a bulk-feed trailer manufacture, where she specialized in bulk-feed trailer designs, as well as programming Mazak Optiplex, Whitney 661 Plasma Punch and Accu-kut plasma machinery.
“I know what it is like being on the customer side, which gives me a better understanding of what the customer needs,” Jones said. “I also have the advantage of knowing what they are going through and firsthand knowledge of the initial struggles that come with learning a new software. Radan is absolutely the easiest CAD/CAM software I have ever used, and I know that new customers will love it. I am happy to be a part of such an exciting and ever-growing company.”
Sanders joins a team of support engineers, where he will lend his expertise in support of the company’s Edgecam customers.
Sanders has worked in the CAD/ CAM industry for more than 20 years, and primarily served users in the Northeastern United States as an application engineer for regional CAD/ CAM resellers. His most recent position was at M2 Technologies, for which he specialized in providing CAM applications support to the sales team and assisting customers in getting the most out of their CAM software tools.
